  • Answer and direct incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
  • Manage correspondence, including emails, letters, and packages.
  • Help make plans for events, talks, and appointments.
  • Keep an eye on your office supply stock and place orders when you need to.
  • Help with organizing, filing, and scanning papers.
  • Make sure that staff members’ journey and lodging plans are coordinated.
  • Help put together papers like reports, presentations, and more.
  • Do any other administrative jobs that management gives you.


  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven experience working in an administrative or office support role.


  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
