JOB DESCRIPTION
- Answer and direct incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
- Manage correspondence, including emails, letters, and packages.
- Help make plans for events, talks, and appointments.
- Keep an eye on your office supply stock and place orders when you need to.
- Help with organizing, filing, and scanning papers.
- Make sure that staff members’ journey and lodging plans are coordinated.
- Help put together papers like reports, presentations, and more.
- Do any other administrative jobs that management gives you.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience working in an administrative or office support role.
REQUIREMENTS
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
