JOB DESCRIPTION
- Answers telephone calls and connect them to their appropriate extensions
- Take messages for HR Office
- Incoming mail, parcels, and faxes should be received and distributed to the department.
- Maintain a tidy and orderly workspace.
- Full daily to-do list for administrative tasks
- Calls and appointments should be announced over the intercom/voicemail system.
REQUIREMENTS
- Positive experience in or equivalent role
- Positive attitude
- Good communication and people skills
- Committed to delivering a high level of customer service, both internally and externally
- Excellent grooming standards
- Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to work on their own or in teams
It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
- Excellent knowledge of hospitality
