JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Answers telephone calls and connect them to their appropriate extensions
  • Take messages for HR Office
  • Incoming mail, parcels, and faxes should be received and distributed to the department.
  • Maintain a tidy and orderly workspace.
  • Full daily to-do list for administrative tasks
  • Calls and appointments should be announced over the intercom/voicemail system.

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Positive experience in or equivalent role
  • Positive attitude
  • Good communication and people skills
  • Committed to delivering a high level of customer service, both internally and externally
  • Excellent grooming standards
  • Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to work on their own or in teams

It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

  • Excellent knowledge of hospitality
