JOB DESCRIPTION
Along with the Outlet Manager, you will be in charge of effectively managing the store while adhering to the brand standards and strategies of the Park Hyatt Abu Dhabi Hotel and Villas and satisfying the needs of the staff, visitors, and owners. In accordance with the outlet’s operating concept and brand standards, the Assistant Manager-Outlet is accountable for supporting the management of the designated outlet as an independent profit center, guaranteeing maximum guest satisfaction while operating within budget, and contributing to the outlet’s financial success.
REQUIREMENTS
- Previous supervisory experience in 5 star luxury resort or stand-alone high-end venue.
- An European language will be an advantage.
- Ideally already based in the UAE.
