JOB DESCRIPTION
• Establish strategies and contracting for Grand Hyatt Dubai’s new Waterpark opening in 2024.
• Proactively finding opportunities for business growth by securing the development of the existing portfolio, while simultaneously acquiring new accounts.
• Entertaining and conducting hotel inspections with partners.
• Engaging in weekly sale activities in order to secure the continuous growth of business. (Sales Calls, Site Inspections, Entertainment, Sales Blitz).
• Helping to carry out in-depth competitor research and keeping up-to-date hotel product knowledge.
• Being aware of the requirements of DMCs and tour operators in order to create “win-win strategic partnerships.”
• Communicating and collaborating closely with the relevant operation departments to guarantee that guests’ needs are satisfied.
• Reaching individual sales goals.
• Making sure that rules, laws, and hotel policies are followed.
• Offering the team whatever assistance they might need.
• Preserving cordial working relationships while fostering positive interactions with guests and coworkers.
• To guarantee that all staff members are informed about new developments in hotel products, promotions, policy updates, and pertinent internal communications.
• Encouraging each Sales Coordinator to reach their full potential by providing them with the right kind of instruction, guidance, and/or support.
REQUIREMENTS
• Past Experience in attractions or waterpark pro-active sales
• Experience as a Sales Executive may be advantageous.
• Good team development and leadership skills.
• Computer literacy.
• Good administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills.
• The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.
• Current knowledge of industry trends and regulations.
• Driving License is preferred.
