JOB DESCRIPTION

Meet, greet and direct Guests who enter the lobby area

Serve as the main point of contact for VIP Guests and ensure hotel departments are fully briefed on their requirements

Seek verbal feedback from customers on a regular basis and respond to all Guest queries in a timely and efficient manner

Serve as a point of contact for long-stay Guests of 14 days or longer ensuring they feel comfortable and can ask advice or information from Guest Relations

Handle, document, and swiftly resolve Make sure that a very high standard of customer service is consistently maintained for the Executive Lounge, Lobby area, and Reception in response to complaints from guests or customers.

Show that you fully comprehend all of the hotel’s amenities and services, and when it makes sense, look for chances to promote and upsell.

Use your imagination to decorate the lobby or reception throughout appropriate seasonal times to improve the area’s general appearance and coziness for visitors.

Talk to the manager of the executive lounge, keep track of frequent visitors’ loyalty, and provide them creative prizes that suit their tastes while staying inside the budget.

Keep up positive working relationships and communication in every hotel area.

Keep employee levels constant to satisfy company needs.
