Assistant – Taxation Job in Dubai UAE

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Obtain understanding of applicable Taxes to the JETEX Group. (Mainly sales & corporate taxes).
  • Help the Tax and Finance team with all tax compliance and reporting activities as requested. This includes working with the external tax consultants to fulfill their requirements in relation to any tax audits or inspections being conducted. Assist with creating transfer pricing policies, developing and maintaining the documentation, and updating the policies. Research and review tax laws to support tax positions taken by the Group.
  • Identify potential contentious VAT issues/interpretation of law. Obtain clarity and ensure resolution. Stay up to date on local and international tax developments that affect the Jetex Group. Assist with key projects that are assigned by the VAT/AVP-Taxation

 

REQUIREMENTS

Qualification
  • Bachelor’s Degree (preferred in Finance/Account)
Experience
  • 2 years’ experience in TAX
Skillset 
  • Professional in IT Skills (MS Office database management).
  • Knowledge in CRM software is an advantage
  • Accounting software knowledge.
  • Fluent in English.
