JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Administrative Support: Perform general office tasks including answering phones, responding to emails, and handling correspondence.
  • Scheduling: Manage and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff and executives.
  • Document management is the process of keeping critical documents, office files, and records organized so they can be easily retrieved and properly documented.
  • Office Supply Management: To maintain the office fully stocked and running, keep an eye on things and restock supplies as needed.
  • Data entry: Accurately and promptly enter and update data in internal systems.
  • Team Coordination: To guarantee alignment and efficient workflow, help coordinate office operations and internal communications.
  • file and Documentation: Keep up with digital and physical file systems to make sure all documents are current and appropriately arranged.
  • Help in overseeing office budgets, keeping tabs on spending, and creating financial reports.
  • Handling Sensitive and Confidential Information: Use extreme caution when handling sensitive and confidential information.

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus.
  • Proven administrative experience in a professional setting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong time-management and organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to quickly learn new software and systems.
  • Prior experience managing office budgets and expenses is an advantage.
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
