JOB DESCRIPTION
Monitor property grounds to ensure a pleasant appearance. Maintain the appearance of fountains, planters, or other grounds features by cleaning, replacing or making repairs. Install new flowers, bulbs, grass, trees, and shrubs. Watering, pulling weeds, pruning, and other upkeep are necessary to keep flower beds, baskets, and boxes looking well. Shrubs, flowers, and trees should be moved and replaced. Prune and trim trees and shrubs to keep them looking good. In places that mowers cannot reach, trim and edge the grass. Mowing, edging, leaf raking, and other lawn care tasks are necessary to keep lawns in good condition. Set up, look after, and run irrigation systems. Trash cans on the outside should all be empty and bagged. Utilize utility vehicles, tractors, dump trucks, or trucks to move supplies, materials, equipment, and debris. Upon usage, be sure to clean, refuel, and wash all equipment.
REQUIREMENTS
Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional; protect company assets. Support team to reach common goals. Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards. Visually inspect tools, equipment, or machines (e.g., to identify defects)
