JOB DESCRIPTION

You will be responsible in the efficient running of the outlet, alongside the Outlet Manager, in line with Park Hyatt Abu Dhabi Hotel and Villas’ strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. The Assistant Manager-Outlet is in charge of helping to run the designated outlet as a stand-alone profit center in accordance with the brand’s standards and operating concept, guaranteeing maximum guest satisfaction while staying within budget and contributing to the outlet’s financial success.

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous supervisory experience in 5 star luxury resort or stand-alone high-end venue.
• An European language will be an advantage.
• Ideally already based in the UAE.
