Junior HR Admin Job in Dubai UAE

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Assist with daily HR operations and functions.
- Provide clerical and administrative support to the HR team and Manager.
- Maintain and update employee profile records throughout their employment, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist in registration of new employees on all necessary softwares, including all documentation
- Compile and maintain all HR related documentation – Soft copies and Hard copies’
- When necessary, providing assistance with opening Al-Ansari or bank accounts
- Help with the administration of medical insurance, from enrollment to cancellation
- Help in the creation and distribution of official papers, including announcements, notices, and employment letters.
- Help with onboarding arrangements and templates for welcoming new hires
- Help with organizing and arranging events and activities that promote employee engagement.
- Keep track of event supplies and make sure they are available as needed.
- Make sure the supplies are properly supplied and the HR office space is orderly.
- Organize purchasing linked to HR with vendors.
- Ensure that office supply inventory is consistently maintained by keeping an eye on it.
- Help with monthly attendance records to make sure the business is on time.
- Help with the coordination of all HR projects, such as trainings, meetings, and surveys.
- Respond to employee queries, queries, and HR-related concerns
REQUIREMENTS
- Prior experience in HR administrative or related roles is required;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook);
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities;
- Attention to detail and accuracy;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Professional and friendly demeanor;
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
