Office Assistant Job in Dubai UAE

JOB DESCRIPTION
– Assist with onboarding new employees
– Maintain employee records and assist in managing benefits enrollment and other HR documents
– Help in organizing and arranging meetings, activities, and events for the company
– Keep track of the inventory of office supplies, ordering and replenishing as needed
– Plan team members’ travel, including lodging, airfare, and other accommodations; – Assist with administrative duties as needed
REQUIREMENTS
Candidate Profile:
– Language: [Required] English / [Preferred] Arabic, Korean
– Educational Preferences: At least Bachelor Degree / [Preferred] Business administration or Finance
– Work Experience: More than 3 years in relavant work experience
Qualifications:
– Good computer Skills in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint Etc)
Working Conditions:
– Expected Date of Recruitment: Nov 2024 / Negotiable
– Salary: To be discussed
– Term of the Contract: Full time / 1 year renewable (6 month of probation period)
– Working Hours: as per UAE Labor law
– Annual leaves: 24 days
– Severance payment: as per UAE Labor law
