Warehouse Assistant Job in Dubai UAE

Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is a plus. Forklift Driving License is a plus Driving License is a must

JOB DESCRIPTION

Receiving and Processing:

Assist with the unloading of incoming shipments.
Inspect and verify the accuracy of received goods against purchase orders.
Ensure proper documentation and labeling of received items.
Report any discrepancies or damages to the Warehouse Manager.

Storage and Organization:

Safely and efficiently store products in designated areas.
Maintain accurate inventory records and update the warehouse management system.
Organize and maintain the cleanliness of the warehouse, including aisles and storage areas.

Order Fulfillment:

Pick and pack items according to store orders.
Ensure the accuracy and quality of items being shipped.
Prepare and label packages for shipment to stores.
Assist with loading and unloading delivery trucks.

Count and audit inventories on a regular basis.
Keep an eye on stock levels and report instances of low or excess stock.
Help with reporting and inventory reconciliation.
Security and Adherence:
Respect all policies and procedures pertaining to warehouse safety.
Use pallet jacks and forklifts in the warehouse in a safe and effective manner.
When necessary, put on personal protective equipment (PPE).
Notify the warehouse manager of any mishaps or safety issues.
General Responsibilities:
Help with workflow improvement and warehouse organization.
Work together as a team to make sure everything runs well.
