JOB DESCRIPTION

• Oversee daily operations across 7 locations, ensuring food quality, customer service, and cleanliness meet high standards.’

• Employ, develop, and oversee store managers and employees while creating a culture of productivity and motivation.
• Keep an eye on financial performance, including labor, inventory, sales, and food expenses, and put plans into place to increase profitability.
• Professionally handle customer escalations while making sure that all sites adhere to health, safety, and cleanliness regulations.

REQUIREMENTS

• Male, 40 years old and below
• Minimum 6 years of experience in the hospitality or food service industry, including 3+ years in multi-unit management
• Expertise in restaurant operations, P&L management, and team leadership
• Must hold a valid UAE Driver’s license
