JOB DESCRIPTION

• Support the delivery of technology products and solutions and ensure the effectiveness of all technology features aligned to the Product’s vision and roadmap.  Lead a team of Technical Product Owners (TPO) to understand, assess, and decompose prioritised initiatives into Technical Features within the engineering team backlogs, focusing on MVP (Minimum Viable Product).
• Collaborate with TPOs (technical product owners), peer groups, vendors, and other IT stakeholder groups to deliver ongoing and future Program Increment Planning (PIs), utilizing business value, assessing available capacity, and effectively sequencing and prioritizing backlogs. 
• In order to guarantee the efficient delivery of our technology solutions, lead a group of TPOs through empowerment, delegation, and cooperation.
• To deliver a scalable, user-experience-optimized, reliable, and effective technology product that consistently satisfies business needs, work together with the architectural, engineering, and service
• management teams to balance the total backlogs. Make sure that system enablers, technical debt, and non-functional requirements (NFRs) are taken into account, recorded, and sent to team backlogs.
• Take part in team-level Sprint demos and help with system demo preparation, as well as various varying degrees of involvement throughout a suite of Visual Release Notes and Demos. With the ultimate goal of promoting greater use, prepare and present PI demos to the stakeholder group through Inspect & Adapt workshops.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

•  Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years’ experience in product in a team-facing capacity 
• 8+ years practical experience of working as a Product Manager including leading product owners, with a proven record of driving discernible ideation, change, and delivery 

REQUIREMENTS

• Well versed in the tools for the technical product aspects of software delivery.
• Strong communication skills at peer, line, and stakeholder levels.
• Ability to lead by example using evidence, information, and data to empower people and lead changes.
• Demonstrated technical or domain expertise, utilizing a depth and breadth of knowledge and practical experience within the specific domains or technical areas.
• Demonstrated evidence of knowledge in the technical area and its application.
