JOB DESCRIPTION

• Verify materials received against purchase orders and perform physical verification.
• Generate daily dispatch notes from the central store to project/site stores/camps, including PO/DO details.
• Have a solid understanding of the physical verification process for general goods, welding consumables, and project materials.
• Notify the central store of any inconsistencies in the materials you got.
• strong computer abilities, especially Microsoft Office competence.
• Keep a calibration log and report any items that are still outstanding.
• Make sure the materials are stored properly in the central store.
• Take care of internal material transfers, especially those involving consumables.
• Handle requests for consumables for internal material transfer from the central store in SAP.
• Uphold safety standards and abide with the HSE policies of the organization.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

Any Graduate with a minimum of 5 years of experience is required.
