JOB DESCRIPTION
You will work with the Store Manager to achieve objectives, ensuring the highest levels of customer service are provided by staff and that they have the skills and support required to maximise sales.
In order to keep the store running smoothly, you will collaborate with a number of departments. You will also give input on personnel and merchandise to the area managers, brand, and store. Additionally, you might have to fill in for the store manager when they’re on leave.
You have to be passionate about providing excellent customer service and have prior management or supervisory experience in retail.
REQUIREMENTS
– At least 3 years retail experience (ideally at a supervisory level).
– Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal (Arabic language skills are also an advantage).
– PC literacy.
