JOB DESCRIPTION
- Plan and execute sales activities to ensure that the budgeted target for showroom is achieved or exceeded in volume and profit.
- Communicate sales plan and targets to the sales team to achieve targets successfully.
- Monitor sales process (aspects such as initial customer contact and reception, clarification of need, identification of prospect, follow-up on initial contact, final closure of sale and quality of sales documentation) to ensure quality in the entire process.
- Make the most of demos and keep an eye on the demo to sale ratio.
- Keep an eye on the PDI procedure and guarantee the best possible degree of client satisfaction.
- Address urgent issues, significant client grievances, or problems that could be escalated, and make sure that decisions or actions are taken quickly to guarantee a fast resolution.
- Create a monthly stock requirement list that includes the make, model, and quantity of automobiles for the sales manager’s approval.
- Engage in regular communication with current and potential clients to build profitable connections and ascertain their needs both now and in the future.
- Oversee every area of the showroom to guarantee excellent standards for product information, housekeeping, and display in order to project the intended image of the company and brand.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree in a business related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry
- Dynamic and proactive personality
- Preferably bilingual (Arabic and English)
- Ability to lead, develop and motivate teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong understanding of showroom merchandising
- Proficient in Autoline is an advantage
