JOB DESCRIPTION
- Perform tasks such as keeping files, booking meetings and setting appointments
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate departments or individuals
- Answer phones and address questions
- Reserve meeting spaces, arrange conference calls, and record meeting minutes and communications.
- Carry out administrative duties, such as photocopying and filing.
- Write letters, notes, and emails.
- Control database entries, place orders, and keep supplies
- Arrange and disseminate communications
- Arrange and verify your trip plans.
- Get outgoing correspondence ready and mail it.
- Help with reports and presentations
REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years of Office Management experience
- Excellent computer skills, including a high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Ideally will have experience in working in Real Estate Development, Construction or other relevant industry.
