JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Perform tasks such as keeping files, booking meetings and setting appointments
  • Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate departments or individuals
  • Answer phones and address questions
  • Reserve meeting spaces, arrange conference calls, and record meeting minutes and communications.
  • Carry out administrative duties, such as photocopying and filing.
  • Write letters, notes, and emails.
  • Control database entries, place orders, and keep supplies
  • Arrange and disseminate communications
  • Arrange and verify your trip plans.
  • Get outgoing correspondence ready and mail it.
  • Help with reports and presentations

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • 5+ years of Office Management experience
  • Excellent computer skills, including a high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Ideally will have experience in working in Real Estate Development, Construction or other relevant industry.
