JOB DESCRIPTION
- Represent the brand by communicating its values and philosophy though all activities and interactions with customers and other team members
- Generate sales, while achieving line and sales targets, using fragrance and ensure all sales and operational policies are followed.
- To establish trusting relationships with clients and generate future sales chances, have an accurate and reliable customer database.
- Encourage more people to sign up for the Group’s loyalty program (MUSE) and acquire new clients.
- To comprehend the brand’s online promotions and activities
- As needed, attend brand events both inside and outside the shop, and promote scent sales during launches, promotions, and events.
- Be adaptable to assist team members and other stores as needed.
- Keep up with the newest products, trends, and rivals.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in the beauty industry with knowledge in the fragrance field
- Ability to engage customers and provide excellent customer experience.
- Excellent english communication skills. Arabic is a plus.
