JOB DESCRIPTION

Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a professional manner.

Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.

Manage the front desk area and ensure a tidy and welcoming environment.
- Manage mail, deliveries, and other incoming and departing correspondence.
- As needed, issue badges or access credentials and keep track of visitor logs.

Give customers a general overview of the services offered by the business or point them in the direction of the relevant department.
- Arrange and oversee appointments and reservations for meeting spaces.
- Help with general clerical and administrative support duties.
- Organize internal support and contact with office personnel.
- Keep track of your office supply inventories and place orders as needed.
REQUIREMENTS

High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in administration are a plus.

Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer-facing role.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Professional appearance and a positive attitude.

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
