JOB DESCRIPTION

• The incumbent is responsible for performing regular quality checks on incoming raw materials and final products, identifying any inconsistencies or non-conformities.
• The role involves implementing quality control testing methods and using SAP ERP to maintain accurate records of quality data and batch reports.
• In order to make sure all products satisfy GMG’s quality standards and legal requirements, the incumbent performs audits, testing, and inspections.
• When there is non-compliance, the incumbent takes remedial action, works with the production team to modify procedures, and stops the problem from happening again.
• By creating daily and monthly quality reports, doing root cause analyses, and helping to create strategies for continuous improvement, the incumbent assists the Quality Assurance Supervisor.
• The incumbent also works with suppliers to make sure they fulfill GMG’s quality standards by keeping them informed about requirements and best practices on a regular basis.

REQUIREMENTS

The role also includes ensuring proper use of safety equipment in quality control procedures and actively participating in training initiatives.
