JOB DESCRIPTION

Initiate and respond to contractual issues throughout contract & Project phase.

Monitor project progress and prepare project progress reports and represent company in client project, quality and HSE meetings.

Responsible for formal (letter)/ informal (verbal) communication with client and for invoicing processing and collection of payments from clients.

Prepare technical submittals and submit to clients and Responsible for production and issuance of design drawings/ calculation.

Prepare and comply with project quality plan and Inspection & test plans and ensure full compliance of project with specification and client requirement.

Assume full responsibility for cost management of the projects, Prepare and submit monthly cost reports to senior management for review.

Start the change management procedure to handle contract modifications and Complete the project and make sure you get paid at the end.

Make sure that important milestones are reached; if not, create a plan to restart the project.

Oversee all assigned personnel and resources to ensure timely project completion, and be accountable for resource demands within the authorized budget.

Develop and train the assigned personnel.

to guarantee that workers comprehend and apply corporate and customer QHSE rules and procedures in their designated areas of responsibility.

Communicate with management of QA/QC and HSE regarding all facets of quality and HSE.

Create and deliver a feedback report on project completion to the sales department.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering or Similar Discipline from a reputable university.

Minimum of 8-10 years project engineering experience in execution of low voltage security systems.

Recent experience of working at a leadership level in the GCC region.

Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.

Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.

Good interpersonal, negotiation, labour management and influencing skills.

Clear understanding of Security Industry Regulatory Agency (SIRA).
