JOB DESCRIPTION

Project Planning & Coordination:
• Collaborate with the CTO to define project scope, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Create, manage, and track sprints, user stories, and project tasks across teams.
• Break down complex technical projects into manageable tasks and ensure all team members understand their
responsibilities.

Sprint Management:
• Organize and manage sprint planning sessions, retrospectives, and daily standups.

• Determine the scope and priority of the project before allocating user stories for development.
• Track the status of assigned stories to make sure assignments are finished on schedule and within the parameters of the project.

Task and Resource Management: • Use Jira or Github Project to monitor and control project progress.
• Ascertain that tasks are in line with project requirements and team strengths.
• Help in setting priorities and overcoming obstacles or resource limitations.

Communication & Reporting: • Inform the CTO on a regular basis on the status, risks, and problems of the project.
• Give team performance, sprint progress, and project timetable updates.
To guarantee alignment between developers, designers, and stakeholders, promote cross-functional communication.

REQUIREMENTS

Experience:
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in managing technical projects, particularly with MERN stack or Unity.
• Proven track record of successful project management from initiation to completion.

Technical Skills:
• Strong understanding of MERN stack technologies (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js) and Unity game development.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).
• Familiarity with Agile methodology, including sprint planning, user stories, and backlog grooming.

Communication:
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to prepare clear and detailed reports for senior leadership (CTO).
