JOB DESCRIPTION
• Communicate effectively and respectfully with guests on all levels.
• Communicate effectively and respectfully to all members of staff.
• Multitask and prioritize your work.
• Effectively describe the outlet notion.
• Recognize when dishes are served and place your order appropriately.
• Recognize our times and manage your tables appropriately.
• Examine tables to learn about the preferences and needs of visitors.
• Accurately take orders and relay them to the appropriate sections.
• Comply with your commands.
• Carry trays with ease and assurance.
• Carry plates with ease and assurance.
• Be completely familiar with the menu.
• Know everything there is to know about the bar and its offerings.
REQUIREMENTS
Suitable candidates should have a minimum of 1-2 years’ experience. Strong bar knowledge is a must. Should have excellent personal and interpersonal skills. Should be able to build strong relationship with high profile and diverse clientele. Should be a dynamic team player and able to provide the highest standard of service to our guests. Excellent communication in English language is required and an additional language will be highly regarded.
