JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Receive new business requests from direct clients/consultants – analyse, suggest and obtain adequate quotes through all channels.
2. Maintain a tracker for missing SLAs and make sure the quote to issuance process stays within the agreed-upon SLA.
3. End-to-end endorsement activity
4. Make use of procedures and workflows to contact and stay in touch with clients, as well as to review exposures, adjust coverages, and talk about account management prospects.
5. Maintaining accurate records and managing cases in accordance with business process requirements.

REQUIREMENTS

1. Experience in medical/commercial lines – UAE commercial insurance underwriting, coverage, and rate analysis for minimum 2 years.
2. In-depth knowledge of insurance coverages and an ability to communicate this knowledge clearly to clients and underwriters.
3. Strong written and verbal communication skills In English, Arabic is an advantage.
4. Ability to prioritize and self-manage workload & support the team.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office
