JOB DESCRIPTION

• Managing, on a daily basis, end to end operations for either one large site or a combination of small sites, supervising store operations
• achieving customer-facing metrics, keeping cost targets, and preserving the team’s morale and safety while reporting to you.
• directing your team members’ performance management. creating and carrying out associate training and development strategies.
• Achieve a consistent degree of performance improvement and keep refining the operations process.
• carrying out daily 4M and 5S audits for the businesses.
• substitute for the area manager.

REQUIREMENTS

A Bachelor’s degree holder with experience in a customer facing environment, warehousing, logistics or manufacturing.
Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
Proficiency in MS Excel.
Ability travel to different stores within UAE.
