JOB DESCRIPTION

• Post job ads on professional sites, job sites and social media
• Participate in candidate sourcing efforts
• Help teams with the resume screening process
• Perform preliminary phone screenings

   

• Set up interviews and phone conversations.
• Organize the calendar for each hiring team and applicant.

   

• Respond to applicants as soon as possible and help them when they arrive for interviews.
• Utilize recruiting software to monitor available positions.

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in Recruitment tools such as Linkedin, ATS, MS Word, MS Excel and English fluent.
• Maximum 2-year experience in Recruitment area.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced working environment
