JOB DESCRIPTION
Answering phones, welcoming guests, and keeping organized filing systems are among your duties. You will be in charge of organizing our meeting rooms, managing office supplies, and planning outside events. Additionally, you will assist with a variety of administrative duties like courier services, document number management, and more.
REQUIREMENTS
- UAE National status.
- A high school diploma or Admin degree.
- At least 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
