JOB DESCRIPTION
- Perform general office administrative duties such as managing correspondence and directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and conferences, ensuring all arrangements are made efficiently.
- Predicting needs, arranging and completing orders quickly, and confirming receipt of goods are all ways to keep an inventory of office supplies.
- Take care of deliveries, packages, and mail coming in and going out.
- Help keep the office neat and orderly by working with the cleaning crew and making sure the facilities are kept up.
- Assist with payroll, HR projects, and hiring procedures in addition to keeping track of employees’ records.
- Help in overseeing office spending plans, keeping tabs on outlays, and creating budget reports as needed.
- Help with the necessary preparation and formatting of reports, presentations, and papers.
- Serve as a liaison between staff and management, promptly and competently responding to questions and concerns.
- Make sure that manuals are prepared and that corporate rules, procedures, and requirements are followed.
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Office Assistant, Human Resources or similar role.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- UAE citizens or residents holding a valid residency visa and eligible to work in Dubai.
