JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Perform general office administrative duties such as managing correspondence and directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and conferences, ensuring all arrangements are made efficiently.
  • Predicting needs, arranging and completing orders quickly, and confirming receipt of goods are all ways to keep an inventory of office supplies.
  • Take care of deliveries, packages, and mail coming in and going out.
  • Help keep the office neat and orderly by working with the cleaning crew and making sure the facilities are kept up.
  • Assist with payroll, HR projects, and hiring procedures in addition to keeping track of employees’ records.
  • Help in overseeing office spending plans, keeping tabs on outlays, and creating budget reports as needed.
  • Help with the necessary preparation and formatting of reports, presentations, and papers.
  • Serve as a liaison between staff and management, promptly and competently responding to questions and concerns.
  • Make sure that manuals are prepared and that corporate rules, procedures, and requirements are followed.

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Office Assistant, Human Resources or similar role.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in work.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
  • UAE citizens or residents holding a valid residency visa and eligible to work in Dubai.
