JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Manage daily administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining records.
  • Assist in office operations by organizing files, monitoring supplies, and ensuring a well-maintained workspace.
  • For office-related needs, coordinate with both internal and external teams and vendors.
  • As needed, create presentations, reports, and documentation.
  • Respond professionally to incoming calls, emails, and questions.
  • Assist the finance and HR departments with administrative tasks like record-keeping and document processing.
  • Verify adherence to corporate policies and procedures.

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in an administrative or office support role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in business administration or a related field preferred.
