JOB DESCRIPTION
- Manage daily administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining records.
- Assist in office operations by organizing files, monitoring supplies, and ensuring a well-maintained workspace.
- For office-related needs, coordinate with both internal and external teams and vendors.
- As needed, create presentations, reports, and documentation.
- Respond professionally to incoming calls, emails, and questions.
- Assist the finance and HR departments with administrative tasks like record-keeping and document processing.
- Verify adherence to corporate policies and procedures.
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in business administration or a related field preferred.
