JOB DESCRIPTION

• Cleans and lubricates equipment.
• Replaces damaged or worm equipment parts.
• Tends equipment to facilitate process.
• controls valves to start pumps, reverse machines, control machinery, and regulate the flow of liquids or air.
• initiates a process by turning on machinery or equipment.
• components with identification marks or tags.
• removes waste materials, machine attachments, and products from the machine.
• loads and unloads processing machinery or vehicles that are used to transport completed goods or receive raw materials.
• The worker might have to move bulky items.
• Scrap is picked up and transported from the work area.
• Stock tools, dies, and work-in-progress are loaded, stacked, and transported by hand or forklift.

REQUIREMENTS

• Physical strength, hand-eye coordination,
• Ability to use necessary tools and machines;
• 18 years of age or older
