JOB DESCRIPTION

• Overall, in charge of managing, arranging stocks are in proper order.
• Preparing and packing products for deliveries.
• Support Warehousing operations

• Take part in the process of product reconciliation and stock taking.
• Making certain that packaging supplies are consistently stocked.
• Physical Inventory Verification: Make sure that stocks are counted correctly and barcodes are scanned accurately.
• Ascertain that all office supplies and warehouse inventory are appropriately tracked and maintained.
• In charge of making sure product displays are available for events and exhibits.
• Incoming, RMA, and non-conforming products should be properly stored in a dedicated location with appropriate labeling and identification.
• Supporting the statutory audit in carrying out the yearly physical inventory verification.
• Travel to various sites to pick up and distribute stock.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree/ Diploma
• 2-3 years as logistics coordinator managing import and export of goods, physical verification and auditing of stocks, barcoding, packing & couriering.
• Good working knowledge of logistics documentation i.e., air freight, sea freight, courier documentation etc.
• Good working knowledge of SAGE ERP, Microsoft 365 and MIS reporting.
• UAE Driving License is mandatory
