Laundry Assistant Job in Dubai UAE

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Responsible for picking up and delivery of in-house guest laundry.
- Responsible to collect and deliver outside guest laundry / dry cleaning.
- In charge of delivering all visitor belongings on time, precisely, and with professionalism and courtesy
- Make sure the guest’s name, room number, and laundry items are listed when you pick up the dry cleaning bags and laundry from the guest rooms.
- Count and verify all goods collected as per laundry price lists / laundry sheet signed by the guest and mark down any discrepancies or damages on the same sheet
- keeping all washing equipment in good working order and alerting the facilities manager to any maintenance requirements
- When required, provide extra laundry services.
REQUIREMENTS
Ideally, you’ll have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in the similar role in a four or five-star hotel or comparable industry, ability to demonstrate working with and engaging teams from different cultures, strong verbal and written communication skills along with being quality oriented with focus on details, high performance standards, able to multi-task & meet deadlines and technical proficiency in related software preferable.
