JOB DESCRIPTION
- Financial Records: Maintain accurate records of financial transactions, including data entry, ledger updates, and account reconciliations.
- Accounts Management: Assist in managing accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Tax Support: Assistance in creating and submitting tax returns while guaranteeing adherence to regional laws.
- Reconciliation: Make routine bank reconciliations and effectively address any disparities.
- Audit Support: Work together with auditors by supplying the required records and information throughout audits.
- Budget Monitoring: Help with budget preparation and keep an eye on spending in relation to projections.
- Reporting: Create regular financial summaries, reports, and statements for management’s consideration.
- Compliance: Make sure that accounting rules, guidelines, and legal requirements are followed.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in accounting or financial roles.
REQUIREMENTS
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
