JOB DESCRIPTION

Generate orders and upload on OEM portals based on parts movement to ensure parts availability required to maintain maximum service level.

Analyse the exception reports on critical stocks, lost sales, excess stocks etc. and take corrective action where necessary to improve parts availability and minimize stock obsolescence.

Control freight costs and Minimize emergency orders to ensure profitability.

Create article master data as and when required to ensure correct data on the system.

Oversees supply of parts requirement for all branches thereby ensuring sales and customer satisfaction.

Regularly check for items that aren’t available and take appropriate measures to increase availability.

Keep an eye on out-of-date inventory and suggest a plan or action to management for its disposal.

Analyze and update components movement trends on a regular basis, then classify based on reorder levels.

oversees the maintenance of the parts transport vehicles and the warehouse.

To guarantee profitability, bargain with freight service providers while buying parts locally in the GCC.

File insurance claims for parts that were damaged in transport or that don’t match up.To guarantee that goods arrive on schedule, track shipments and work with logistics for parts delivery.

To guarantee client satisfaction in the event of non-availability, arrange parts from our GCC suppliers.

To prevent shipment delays, make sure the paperwork and payment are in accordance with the principals’ requirements.
