JOB DESCRIPTION

• Conducts physical inventories. Researches POS/MRSP inventory discrepancies and reconciles accountable records. Maintains life to support inventory adjustments. Updates Integrated Logistics Support Solutions (ILSS).
• Maintains warehouse validations for POS and MRSP stockrooms and details.
• ensures that clean, dry, and operable assets are in their designated locations with ILSS bin labels attached in order to prepare all warehouse stockrooms and MRSP kits for inventory.
• oversees the systems and operations related to material management, including requirements analysis, inventory control, supply and equipment issuance, and storage.
• carries out tasks related to property identification, storage, and inspection.

   

• identifies and examines property. assesses the received property’s condition. conducts stock shelf-life inspections.
• creates and enhances techniques for storying property. Organizes the utilization of storage facilities. transfers, issues, stores, and ships property. regulates the problem of sensitive, restricted, pilferable, and classified items.
• carries out additional tasks as given.
• Works in standard office and repair shop or warehouse environment and may be asked to work outdoors for extended periods.

REQUIREMENTS

• Must have excellent organizational skills and be able to understand, speak, read and write English at an intermediate level.
• Must have working knowledge in the use of personal computers and Windows Operating system and Microsoft Office to include as a minimum Power Point, Excel and Word programs.
• Must possess a valid home country driver’s license and ability to obtain host nation driver’s license.
• May be required to operate material handling equipment.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• One year experience in a supply system or a closely related function required.
• Will be required to wear proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) according to prescribed procedures and as required for task being performed.
• Physically capable of performing all required duties; capable of lifting/pushing/pulling minimum of 50 lbs.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally.

Preferred Qualifications

• Maximo experience preferred.
