JOB DESCRIPTION

  •  Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  •  Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires and departing employees.
  • Maintain HR databases and employee records, making sure that sensitive data is accurate and private.
  • Help put HR policies and procedures into practice while making sure local labor laws and regulations are followed.
  • Organize training courses and other development activities for staff members to improve their abilities and advance their careers.
  • To help decision-making, provide HR reports and offer data analytics assistance.
  • Serve as the employee’s point of contact for questions about policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Encourage a positive work environment by facilitating initiatives and events for employee engagement.

 

REQUIREMENTS

– Proven experience as an HR coordinator or relevant human resources/administrative position
– Knowledge of human resources processes and best practices
– Strong ability in using MS Office (MS Excel and MS Powerpoint, in particular)
– Experience with HR databases and HRIS systems
– In-depth understanding of sourcing tools, like resume databases and online communities
– Familiarity with social media recruiting
– Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to handle data with confidentiality
– Good organizational and time management skills
