JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Collaborate with TA Coordinators and Specialists to understand role requirements and source candidates through multiple recruitment channels.
2. Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate records.
3. Organize the interview process by coordinating with hiring managers, arranging interviews, and mailing invitations.
4. Oversee onboarding data changes, external hiring, internal transfers, and promotions while maintaining policy compliance.
5. Conduct necessary tests prior to interviews in order to aid in the selection of candidates.
6. To find opportunities for process improvement, create reports and examine KPIs related to hiring and onboarding.
7. Assist with onboarding activities such as coordination of orientation, travel plans, visa processing, and mobilization.
8. To improve the entire experience of candidates and new hires, make sure that communication and process execution run smoothly.
9. Survey both new hires and departing staff to get their opinions and suggest changes.
10. Regularly update documentation and procedures to maintain process clarity and efficiency.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
Qualification:
- Higher Diploma in Business Administration or Commerce (must have)
- Bachelor*s degree (preferred)
Experience & Knowledge:
- Minimum 3 years experience in HR or administrative role in a fast-paced environment, preferably hospitality, culinary or aviation.
- Experience in customer service in a fast-paced environments preferred.
REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multi-task.
- Strong written and verbal communication for clear and professional interactions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Meticulous attention to detail for accurate execution of administrative tasks.
