JOB DESCRIPTION

Assist in daily HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and documentation.

Maintain and update employee records in both digital and physical formats.

Schedule interviews, coordinate with candidates, and prepare necessary paperwork.
- Get timesheets and leave records to help with the payroll process.
- Help plan company events and training programs for employees.
- Respond to questions about benefits, policies, and procedures in human resources.
- Assist in maintaining assessment records and overseeing performance review procedures.
- Keep track of employee leave balances and attendance.
- assistance with the creation of warning letters, employment contracts, and other HR paperwork.
- In order to assist HR-related projects, coordinate with other departments.
REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

1–2 years of experience in an HR or administrative role preferred.

Good understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.

Proficiency in MS Office applications.
-
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.

Discretion and the ability to handle confidential information.
-
Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
