JOB DESCRIPTION

• Clean and sanitize assigned guest rooms, including making beds, dusting furniture, vacuuming carpets, and replenishing amenities.
• Ensure that all surfaces, fixtures, and furniture in guest rooms are spotless and free from dust, stains, and debris.
• Clean and maintain cleanliness in public areas, such as hallways, lobbies, elevators, and common spaces.
• Replace trash bags as needed and empty trash cans.
• In public spaces and guest rooms, replenish guest amenities such as towels and bedding.
• For a speedy response, report any maintenance problems or damages in the public spaces or guest rooms to the relevant department.
• To keep a clean and safe workplace, abide by safety regulations and normal operating procedures.
• In a courteous and expert manner, reply to requests and questions from visitors as soon as possible.
• Keep the linen closets, storage spaces, and housekeeping carts extremely tidy and organized.
• Work together with the housekeeping staff to guarantee a productive workflow and prompt task completion.
• Respect hotel policies and procedures, especially those pertaining to security and safety, to protect both visitors and staff.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in housekeeping or a similar role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.

REQUIREMENTS

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
• Physical stamina and the ability to perform tasks that involve standing, walking, bending, and lifting.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to work efficiently within designated timeframes.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of safety and sanitation standards and practices.
