JOB DESCRIPTION

  1. Executing, distribution, recording of customer instructions from various channels e.g. incoming mail, fax etc.,
  2. Handling general walk in inquiries in a pleasant manner regarding ADIBs products & services and directing the customers to the respective service areas.
  3. General administrative tasks, such as writing memos, letters to customers, filing, etc.
  4. Delivery of ATM cards and check books to clients
  5. addressing and supplying difficulties with collected cards on behalf of clients 
  6. Delivering covered cards to clients
  7. Return checks are delivered to clients.

 

REQUIREMENTS

  1. knowledge of ADIB’s Retail & institutional Banking products & services
  2. knowledge of ADIB’s Operational Policies & Procedures
  3. Knowledge of UAE banking practices , regulations & risks
  4. Thorough Knowledge of all the Regulations issued by Central Bank of UAE
  5. Fair knowledge of service standards
  6. Knowledge of Cross Sales
  7. Computer skills
