JOB DESCRIPTION

• Deliver evidence based dental health care of the highest quality, utilising health education to develop preventative based strategies for patient.
• Assess, plan and treat highly complex cases involving all aspects of advanced restorative dentistry: restorations, endodontics, simple extractions, periodontal management and simple prosthetic care.
• Give both adult and pediatric patients general dental care.
• When necessary, identify cases and refer them to outside experts.
• Updating professional knowledge on a regular basis will improve performance and professional growth. In Dubai and abroad, dentists are required to meet the minimum yearly continuing professional development requirements set by their licensing board.

   

• Give outside experts thorough and pertinent directions, and make sure their work is strictly inspected for quality.
• Exhibit a thorough understanding of the laws currently governing aviation dentistry and use this understanding to minimize any interference with Emirates’ main business operations.
• Assure rigorous adherence to current laws and industry best practices in the following crucial areas: handling hazardous materials, ionizing radiation, cross-infection prevention, and clinic health and safety.

REQUIREMENTS

To be considered for this role, you must meet the below requirements:

• BDS, DMD, BChD or similar dental degree from a recognised university dental school plus a minimum of 8 years post-qualification experience in general dental practice.
• General Dentist DHA License
• No speciality license accepted

You’ll have an edge if you have:

• Some experience in private practice with culturally diverse patient communities.
