JOB DESCRIPTION
• Perform monthly reconciliation of number of staff in the system vs with Record.
• After posting, request FM approval for the payroll entries that include the Division, Department, and Employee codes. For the approval of the GL Supervisor, FM, and CFO, prepare the monthly payroll high-level summary and reconciliation.
• Assure timely payment of utility bills (such as those for electricity and water, telecommunications, and Salik replenishment). Create a monthly utility usage study for water and electricity costs, emphasizing the cause of any unusual monthly expenditures or overcharges.
• Gain expertise in ERP, become an expert in every Finance Module, and minimize manual labor
REQUIREMENTS
• Male, 40 years old and below
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance Accounting is preferred
• At least 5 years UAE experience and must be from FMCG Industry with strong experience as General Ledger Accountant
• Proficient in EXCEL, SAP, ORACLE, and IFRS ;Reconciliations and period end closing process
