JOB DESCRIPTION

• Ensure all reports are prepared on a timely basis meeting all deadlines.
• Participate as a witness and help with frequent surprise spot inspections on the general cashier’s float.
• Assist with the internal and external audit review procedure.
• Keep journal entries up to date in the general ledger.
• Monthly allotted journal preparation and department-by-department sharing of expenses.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in a luxury hotel.
• Completed a Bachelor’s degree in preferably in Accountancy.
• Knowledgeable in Sun Systems, Opera, Materials System, and Payroll System.
• An effective team player.
