JOB DESCRIPTION
- Perform and document inspections of concrete work to ensure compliance with the project requirements, specifications, project execution plans, codes, and industry standards.
- effectively communicates, ideally in English. Speaking other languages is advantageous.
- completes the Foreman Report each day, keeps track of and logs site work each day, checks accuracy, and sends on time.
- enforces specified performance standards, regulations, and procedures on the job site.
- Prior to submission, ensure that all inspection and testing records are accurate and full by compiling data into reports and communicating findings both orally and in writing.
- Arrange the necessary documentation and approvals for the owner’s approval.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or other Civil Construction Field
- Minimum 5 years expertise in the field of concrete repair, experience in coatings and waterproofing and/or cathodic protection of concrete is an advantage
