JOB DESCRIPTION
- Ensure the safety of raw food by monitoring the defrosting product temperatures. Ensure that the temperature level of raw material being received is as per defined standards.
- Monitor important IT services on a regular and proactive basis, as determined by management. In order to resolve issues, escalate and follow up with Level 2 Support teams.
- Coordinate with IT Helpdesk employees to inform end users about significant incident reports, planned and unplanned system outages, etc.
- Maintain records of backup tapes that have been moved between locations; manage system backups in accordance with established protocols and frequency; and perform routine restoration checks to verify the integrity of backups.
- Keep track of everything that you, your vendors, and other support staff do on the Data Center grounds. be in charge of data center access policy enforcement.
- By carrying out proactive, timely drills and inspections all year long, you can guarantee that all IT facilities components receive regular health checks. Keep a record of the DR drill’s steps and outcomes.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Qualification: O or A level or equivalent qualification preferably with a background in science. Should have completed the intermediate level of Food Hygiene & Safety and completed minimum on job training and mandatory training.
Skills: Should have excellent communication skills and fluent in English Language. Should be able to work effectively as part of a team and organize own work.
Experience: Minimum 3 years general experience in a similar position in a food production company.
