JOB DESCRIPTION
• Contact existing showroom customers and co-ordinate renewal of their existing insurance through ATM’s supporting panel of insurers.
• Conduct F&I procedures in accordance with customer needs and pre agreed processes so that targets are met on a monthly basis throughout ATM.
• Prepare quotes for customer deals and properly file all records; • Ensure that customers understand the terms and conditions of each contract and any relevant exclusions or benefits before making a purchase; • Gather all supporting bank proofs and secure the credit line before the sales department releases a vehicle; • Reconcile the commission due from supporting banks against each deal and maintain a daily financial control log; • Maintain all documentation and make sure the F&I Supervisor receives the most recent records and reports to convey each salesperson’s accomplishments for the showroom.
REQUIREMENTS
Education/Certification and Continued Education
• Degree in any discipline or through automotive vocational route
Years of Experience
• 1 – 2 years solid experience in finance or insurance markets in association with the motor industry as a whole or GCC market.
