JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Implements document/data management solutions with a primary focus on document control and records management. Administers data/document management applications.
  • Processes one or more document types through all procedural steps in accordance with well-defined procedures and guidelines.
  • Ensures that pre-established document control requirements (e.g., which document numbering system will be used; how many and which signatures will be required for certain approvals, etc.) are satisfactorily met throughout the duration of the project.
  • uses common document management software to receive, track, and keep an eye on papers. It also creates databases, logs, transmittals, and other reports as needed.

     

  • uses department-specific computer programs or other common office automation tools to enter data and generate reports.

     

  • Starts and responds to regular correspondence about the assigned area of responsibility.

     

  • keeps up with departmental innovations, methods, and offerings pertinent to sphere of influence. collaborates with other employees as necessary to create and enhance services.

     

  • Participates in actions involving decision-making concerning the needs of customers and adapts to a changing technological environment.

     

  • aids people in gathering and locating electronic information.

     

  • Continually updates the allocated project’s schedule and data distribution system in accordance with departmental, supplier, client, and project specifications.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor Degree (or equivalent) and typically 6+ years of relevant work experience, including 3+ years of prior document control experience.
  • Ensuring confidential information and documents are managed with complete discretion.
  • Acts with urgency when managing communications and completing tasks, making sure that everyone is aware of updated information on time.
  • Handling and Managing Project Documents, Policies and Procedures
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Strategic Planning and Scheduling Skills
  • Effective Communication Skills
  • Working Knowledge of Electronic Document Management Systems
  • Ability in Photo, Video Editing, Presentations and Digital Marketing.
