JOB DESCRIPTION

• Adjustment of survey observations

• CADD production for survey projects, e.g. plan / profile alignments sheets, etc.

• Assurance of survey data quality.

   

• Upkeep of survey databases

   

• data preservation and survey data maintenance on departmental PCs.

   

• All survey software should be updated and maintained as needed.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

Qualifications

• Degree (or equivalent) in land survey or topographical science related field of study.

Skills / Experience required

• Experience in data processing for land and topographical surveys.

• Extensive experience required in AutoCAD Civil 3D as a minimum.

• Experience in data processing techniques, e.g. Leica LGO, CADD packages and familiarity with routines to transform between the two data sets.

• Oil and gas experience preferred

• Minimum 5 years related land surveying experience

• Office-based data processing of field survey observations (GPS, Levelling, etc.)
