JOB DESCRIPTION

• Supervising and coordinating the activities of data entry staff.
• Training new employees on data entry procedures and company policies.
• Monitoring team performance and providing feedback and support as needed.
• Ensuring accurate and timely entry of data into internal systems.
• Inputting data from various sources into an internal database.
• Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the data.
• establishing and upholding guidelines and practices for data entry.
• carrying out routine audits to guarantee the integrity and correctness of data.
• determining where processes can be improved and putting solutions in place.
• Creating and maintaining data entry procedures to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• using instruments and data entry software to expedite processes.
• serving as a point of contact for employees who enter data and other departments.
• coordinating the resolution of data-related issues with IT and other departments.
• updating the team on any upgrades or modifications to the data entry procedures.
• producing and evaluating reports on performance indicators and data entry tasks.
• delivering conclusions and suggestions derived from data analysis.
• putting together and delivering reports to management.
• ensuring adherence to corporate guidelines.
• provide technical assistance for equipment and systems used in data entry.
• answering and resolving questions and problems pertaining to data entry.

REQUIREMENTS

• At least Four years of prior experience in a data entry role.
• Proficient in numerical accuracy, ensuring precision in data handling.
• Strong computer literacy in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to work both independently and in a team..
• Self-motivated and driven to excel in tasks and responsibilities.
• Demonstrated eagerness to learn and adapt to evolving tasks and technologies.
• Familiarity with product specifications, with previous experience in product-related roles considered advantageous.
